 I maintain two Real Estate licenses in South Carolina - as a Broker-in-Charge AND a Certified General Appraiser. I’ve been on both sides of the appraisal, so I understand what everyone needs. With me, you get the best of both worlds.

 41 years of commercial real estate experiences, including brokerage, developing, managing, consulting (market analysis, highest and best use studies, and financial feasibility studies) and CRE appraisals. 

  No assistants or hierarchy, you’ll always work with and speak directly with me. I personally complete the appraisal assignment, from determining the Scope of Work, to the completion of the final report
